We recognize that occasionally families need to step away from their RDI work for personal reasons. If you need to take an extended break, simply email us (billing@rdiconnect.com) at least three days before your subscription is scheduled to renew and we will cancel it.
You can then renew at anytime by logging into your account and clicking the link to renew subscription:
